ReplyDeletemy headmaster also phoned me to say that our national agency has approved my application. however, they haven't announced on their internet site yet. i hope, they aren't joking:) meanwhile, did everybody send the same form or did you make any changes Cris?
Cinzia, about the hotel; first of all, thanks for your effort. i will adapt what you and my other partners decide. i want to remind you Vicky's words about the cockroaches:) take care all. have a nice holiday. (my holiday is over and i am at home.)

ReplyDeleteI've had an email from my National Agency asking me to make a few changes.
1/ They say the visit can only last for 5 days, including the arrival and departure days so my headteacher has suggested I change it to Sunday 3rd-Thursday 7th. So we will leave a couple of days early.
2/ They didnt like that we had so many cultural activities so I hve changed the programme to show that we are working hard all day on the project!
hopefully this means they will approve the bid.

ReplyDeleteYasin: Of course they aren't joking and I'm very glad you did it. I decided to send the project I sent to you, with my changes and in fact I saw in the net site it has been approved with 90 points, the project with more points.
Vicky: I have asked my agency about the seven days of the program and they permit it although they only pay 5 days. They also permit the dates of arrival and departure. My agency didn't put any obstacles on the program. I conclude that there is not a common orientation among agencies. Hope to let us known in October.

ReplyDeletemy national agency declared on its official internet page that i will be in Italy with you. moreover, i have bought my ticket.
Cinzia; I will be in Italy on 3rd of October at ten o'clock in the morning. as I said before it was the only flight on that day and it is through Malpensa Airport. (i am waiting for your instruction- what must i do to arrive at the hotel- i know that you haven't decided the hotel yet but at least you may describe the region.)
my departure will be on 9th of DECEMBER (don't worry, it was just a joke, of course OCTOBER :) at 17:45.

Cris and I, we are okey as far as i could see. what about you- Vicky and Carmen? Vicky, did your national agency accept the correction? Carmen; any feedback yet?

hi Carmen, I am very upset, too. i don't know the exact point. however, you must phone them or find somebody who can help you with the problem. An authorized person can solve the problem. do not forget that we must do everything for ourselves. noone gives anything without our effort. so do not give up and try your best. we are a nice group of five countries and i don't want to lose any of our partners. good luck...

ReplyDeleteCarmen: I'm very sad for your answer. My application received 90 points. I didn't understand wich application you sent as I sent Yasin's application but with other objectives, activities, and the way our future project will be linked to the activities of my home organisation. Did you send my application or Yasin's one? Phone them and don't give up trying.
Cinzia: For sure we are only two people, me and my headmaster, as my husband can't go. Please book two rooms. About the flights, at Orio al Serio: On 3rd October we arrive at 12: 40. But to return we don't have a flight in this airport on 9th, so we have to return on 8th with the flight at 7 o'clock.As you can see, we can't stay till saturday. Of course we could go to Malpensa but the flight was too expensive (230 euros each person). Hope you understand

ReplyDeleteWe have received an email today saying that our funding has been approved. We will also be 2 people (me and my headmaster), so we will also need 2 rooms. Do we book the rooms Cinzia? If yes can you let me know which hotel. We havent booked our flights yet, we will do it tomorrow and I will let you know which airport.

About the project does everyone try to download the proposal of project? I can't do it. If you did it, please send me to my mail as I would like to take a look to be prepared for our meetings
